FloInstall is built on the expertise of Przemysław Słodkowski, who began his journey in Ireland's construction industry in 2003. Starting in roofing and expanding into cladding from 2005, he later refined his craft in Germany through specialised training in zinc and metal cladding techniques.
Over the years, he earned a reputation for reliability and hands-on expertise, progressing through increasingly senior site roles and managing complex cladding installations. In 2015, he launched his independent operations as a sole trader, which later evolved into Floinstall Limited, formally registered in 2020 to support growing international demand.
Floinstall is a trusted subcontractor for major construction and envelope companies, executing cladding projects with hands-on knowledge, trained personnel, and a strong dedication to quality.
Floinstall has expanded from its main base in Ireland to branches in Sweden, Finland, and a newly opened location in Austria.
