As part of its activities, the Controller uses cookies to monitor and analyse website traffic and to carry out remarketing activities. However, in the course of these activities, the Controller does not process personal data within the meaning of the GDPR.
The website collects information about users and their behaviour in the following ways:
by automatically collecting information contained in cookies,
through data voluntarily provided by users in forms available on the website,
by automatically collecting server logs by the hosting provider.
Cookies ("cookies") are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored on the user’s end device and are intended for use on the website. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they originate, the period of storage on the end device and a unique number.
During visits to the website, data about users may be automatically collected, including IP address, browser type, domain name, number of page views, operating system, visit duration, screen resolution, colour settings, referral website address, and time spent on the site. These data are not personal data and do not allow identification of the user.
The website may contain links to other websites. The owner is not responsible for the privacy policies of those websites and encourages users to read the privacy policies of external sites. This Privacy Policy does not apply to other websites.
The entity placing cookies on the user’s end device and accessing them is the website owner.
Cookies are used to:
adapt website content to user preferences and optimise use of the site,
create statistics that help understand how users interact with the website,
maintain user sessions (after logging in), so that users do not have to re-enter login and password on each subpage.
The website uses the following types of cookies:
"necessary" cookies, enabling use of services provided within the website,
cookies used for security purposes,
"performance" cookies, collecting information on how the website is used,
"advertising" cookies, enabling delivery of advertising content tailored to user interests,
"functional" cookies, enabling the website to "remember" user settings (e.g. language).
The website uses session cookies (temporary, deleted after leaving the website or closing the browser) and persistent cookies (stored until deleted by the user or until expiry date defined in the cookie parameters).
Most browsers allow cookies to be stored by default. Users can change cookie settings at any time, e.g. block automatic storage of cookies or request notification when cookies are placed on their device. Details are available in browser settings.
Restricting cookies may affect certain functionalities of the website.
Cookies may also be used by advertisers and partners cooperating with the website owner.
Personal data of website users may be processed by the Controller:
when the user consents by completing forms on the website (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), or
when processing is necessary to perform a contract with the user (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
The website processes only personal data voluntarily provided by users. Data are processed only to the extent necessary for the purposes specified above and for the period necessary to achieve them, or until the user withdraws consent.
Failure to provide required data may, in some cases, make it impossible to achieve the intended purpose.
Forms on the website may collect the following personal data: name, surname, address, e-mail address, phone number, login, password.
The Controller may transfer data to third parties cooperating with the Controller in relation to the purposes specified above, including technical service providers (e.g. domain operators, payment service providers).
Data are stored in secure databases with technical and organisational measures in place in accordance with applicable law.
To prevent re-registration of users banned from the website, the Controller may refuse deletion of data necessary to block re-registration (legal basis: Art. 19(2)(3) in connection with Art. 21(1) of the Act of 18 July 2002 on electronic services).
The Controller may also disclose personal data to third parties in cases provided for by law.
The Controller reserves the right to send e-mail notifications to all users regarding important changes to the website or Privacy Policy. Commercial e-mails (advertisements, marketing) may also be sent if the user has given consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.
